Membership Information
2025 Membership closed On June 12 (you can become a member at the Reunion between July 2 – 5 during Reunion Information Desk Operating Hours.
Membership between February 1st – June 12 is $50 +$10 admin fee & credit card processing fee if paying by credit card. By check it is $60.
The Governors Club membership is $250 and covers 5 years so you don’t have to renew or remember every year. No late fees.
If using a Credit Card, processing fees apply.
2026 membership opens on July 15 or at the Reunion.
If you are inactive or first-time applicant or pay your dues after Janaury 31,
add a $10 administrative fee.

Membership Eligibility
Article III - Membership and Dues SEC. 2 ELIGIBILITY:
Renewal In 2025
$50.00 annually (January 1–December 31) per family, including children 17 years of age or younger if paid by January 31st . After January 31st, add $10 for a late fee. DUES NOTICES WILL NOT BE MAILED. (CC processing fees will apply. You are welcome to mail in a check or cc#, use Bill Pay or call the office during office hours.)
To receive a March Canal Record, you need to be registered by February 15th and to receive a June Canal Record, you need to be registered by May 15th.
Late or Inactive Memberships in 2025
$50.00 annually per family including children 17 years of age and younger, plus a $10.00 administrative fee for new members, inactive members, and individuals who have not renewed their membership prior to February 1 of the current dues’ year shall be considered a new or inactive member and, as such, must pay the $10.00 administrative fee. A total of $60.00.

Governors Club Memberships in 2025
This is a 5-year membership at $50 a year x 5 years = $250.00. First time Governors Club members are mailed tokens of appreciation. You will receive a reminder a few months before this membership expires.
Associate Memberships in 2025
This membership is for friends of Society members that have not lived or worked in the former Canal Zone. It is $60.00 annually per family including children under 18 years of age, plus a $10.00 administrative fee for new members and individuals who have not renewed their membership prior to February 1 of the current dues’ year shall be considered a new member and, as such, must pay the $10.00 administrative fee. A total of $70.00.
