Annual Membership runs from January through December.
2027 Membership will reopen in August.

Membership Eligibility
Article III - Membership and Dues SEC. 2 ELIGIBILITY:
Renewal In 2027
Current Members, it is $50.00 annually (January 1–December 31) per family, including children 17 years of age or younger if paid by January 31st. After January 31st, add $10 for a late fee. DUES NOTICES WILL NOT BE MAILED. (A small credit card processing fee will apply. You are welcome to mail in a check or cc#, use Bill Pay or call the office during office hours.)
To receive a March Canal Record, you need to be registered by February 15th and to receive a June Canal Record, you need to be registered by May 15th. **
Late or Inactive Memberships in 2027
$50.00 annually per family including children 17 years of age and younger, plus a $10.00 administrative fee for new members, inactive members, and individuals who have not renewed their membership prior to February 1 of the current dues’ year shall be considered a new or inactive member and, as such, must pay the $10.00 administrative fee. A total of $60.00.
Note
If the check is not made on U.S. bank, make payment by money order.
All overpayments will be considered a donation.
If using a credit card, a small credit card processing fee with apply.
Governors Club Memberships in 2027
This is a 5-year membership at $50 a year x 5 years = $250.00. First time Governors Club members are mailed tokens of appreciation. You will receive a reminder a few months before this membership expires.
Associate Memberships in 2027
This membership is for friends of Society members that have not lived or worked in the former Canal Zone. Current Associate Members, it is $60.00 annually per family including children under 18 years of age, if paid prior to January 31st. There is a small credit card processing fee. A total of $60.00
After January 31st, inactive members and new members, add a $10.00 administrative fee. There is a small credit card processing fee; otherwise, mail in a check. A total of $70.00.
Note
** Members who live outside of the U.S. need to pay an overseas postage fee if you want to received the 4 Canal Records.
